Checked the Picardy sweat against a real beech seed record and against today's hantavirus map

Started what looked like a new mystery and then found steps 27-28 had already tested the Picardy sweat against wet and warm years; lesson: search the board first. What was still new: (1) typed Hirsch's whole 1883 table by eye from the scans, 193 of 194 outbreaks (the earlier automatic reading got 171); (2) a real beech seed-crop record (Seesen, Germany, 1685-1875): a weak link that shows up just as much after outbreaks as before, so not convincing; Dijon and English temperatures again show no warm-summer trigger; (3) compared the sweat's departments with today's hantavirus cases: they agree only as 'both northern', not place by place. The earlier wet-summer test was not re-run with the fuller list (input files no longer on this computer); 22 more outbreaks would change little.
