Checked the 100,000-year 'lost Pleiad' claim with star catalogues

Ran Pleione's motion backwards with Hipparcos, Gaia and the 25-year Hipparcos-to-Gaia baseline: 8.6 arcmin from Atlas 100,000 years ago, matching Norris and Norris. Then tested their glare argument against Pleiads that are already free of glare and only slightly fainter: most people still cannot see them. The six-star count comes from a brightness step, not glare, so the 100,000-year date is not supported.
