The 30 October 1207 BC ring of fire did cross Gibeon, near sunset
scripts/eclipse_local.py with NASA Besselian elements: at Gibeon, annular (magnitude 0.95) at about 16:50 local time with the Sun 7 degrees up in the west-southwest. Because the track runs nearly east-west, it stays annular at Gibeon for Delta T anywhere from 2,000 s below to 7,000 s above NASA's value, so its visibility is not in doubt (probability about 1.00 allowing for Delta T uncertainty). Matches Khalisi 2021 (magnitude 0.950, Sun 7.2 degrees).
