Base rate: about 1.6 central eclipses over Gibeon in 200 years (1300 to 1100 BC)
scripts/eclipse_baserate.py: every central eclipse of 1300 to 1100 BC that could reach the Levant, computed for Gibeon over the Delta T uncertainty (sigma about 730 s). Only two have a real chance of being central there: 1207 BC (about 1.00) and the total eclipse of 30 September 1131 BC (0.44, around 12:30 with the Sun 57 degrees up). Deep partial eclipses (magnitude over 0.8) come about every 14 years. Our list matches Khalisi's table eclipse for eclipse.
