The 16 April 1178 BC eclipse: only about a 1 in 3 chance it was total at Ithaca

scripts/eclipse_local.py with NASA Besselian elements: at Ithaca (38.43 N, 20.68 E), with NASA's Delta T (28,590 s) the eclipse is partial, magnitude 0.986 at 11:45; with the paper's own Delta T (27,603 s) partial, 0.911. Total only if Delta T lies between 28,806 and 29,524 s; allowing for the uncertainty (sigma about 720 s) the chance of totality at Ithaca is 0.31. Noon timing and a high Sun (57 degrees) do fit 'the noon meal'.
